Mr. Falconer manages Thomson Reutersí customized research and advisory services pertaining to private equity market activity, with a particular focus on Canada. He has authored numerous published and unpublished reports for market practitioners, market agents and observers, and public policymakers. Mr. Falconer also advises and supports Thomson Reutersí personnel on related survey work, data methodology, and quality control systems.

Mr. Falconer also performs other key duties for Thomson Reuters, including networking with senior general partners, limited partners, and service providers active in North American and global private equity markets, speaking engagements and presentations, participation in government and industry panels, and media liasion and commentary.

Peter Fell, Senior Vice President & Director of Investment Due Diligence, Kenmar Olympia Group

Peter Fell has 18 yearsí experience as an investor in alternatives. At Kenmar Olympia Group he is SVP & Director of Investment Due Diligence, and is a member of the investment committee. From 2000 to 2004, he was Founding Partner and Investment Director at Starview Capital. Mr. Fellís alternatives investing experience began at Merrill Lynch Investment Partners where he was Vice President and senior hedge fund analyst from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that time he held senior positions in fixed income derivatives sales and structuring at Deutsche Bank and Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Mr. Fell graduated with an AB and MBA from Columbia University.

Gregg Felton, President & Co-Chief Executive Officer, Full Circle Capital Corporation

Gregg J. Felton is our co-Chief Executive Officer and President and is primarily responsible for overall investment strategies and portfolio management. Mr. Felton is also a Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer of Full Circle Advisors and a Managing Member of Full Circle Service Company. Mr. Felton joined Full Circle Capital in November, 2013. Prior to joining Full Circle Capital, from 2006 to 2013, Mr. Felton was a Partner and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs and the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Liberty Harbor, Goldman Sachs Asset Managementís credit alternatives platform. He oversaw various investment vehicles, including hedge funds, mutual funds and institutional managed accounts and facilitated the launch of Goldman Sachsí business development company, Goldman Sachs BDC. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Felton was Head of Credit for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, overseeing approximately $60 billion in assets. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Felton was a senior portfolio manager at Amaranth Advisors, a multi-strategy hedge fund located in Greenwich, Connecticut. He led Amaranthís global corporate credit investment team from 2000 to 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Felton was a Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he served as a portfolio manager and senior analyst for Chaseís Special Situations Fund. Mr. Felton began his career in the High Yield Finance Department of Chaseís Global Investment Bank. In 2013, Mr. Felton partnered with an investment management firm to form Altus Power America, an investment vehicle that focuses on solar power generation assets. In addition, Mr. Felton serves as a Director of Rye Country Day School. Mr. Feltonís broad experience managing investment vehicles and funds provides the Board of Directors with industry expertise and a valuable perspective on a variety of credit transactions. Craig Ferguson, Managing Director, Manulife Capital

Craig Ferguson is responsible for transaction origination, execution and portfolio management of private equity and mezzanine investments, including direct investments and fund investments. Craig is currently and has been on the Board of Directors/Advisors of several companies and investment funds in Canada and the U.S. In 2011 Craig joined Manulife Capital and has over 15 years of experience including 11 years originating, structuring and managing private equity and mezzanine investments with McKenna Gale Capital and 4 years of lending experience with GE Capital and CIT Group. Craig is also an alumnus of KPMG.

Craig holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a CFA charterholder.

Roberto Ferranti, Principal, Baird Capital

Roberto Ferranti is a member of Baird Capitalís Portfolio Operations team and focuses on driving strategies to build value in Baird Capitalís US portfolio companies. Prior to joining Baird Capital in 2010, Roberto was a Vice President in the Corporate Recovery Group of Mesirow Financial Consulting, where he focused on identifying and implementing operational improvements initiatives for companies in a variety of industries. Prior to that Roberto served as a Vice President in the Performance Improvement group at AlixPartners. A native of Italy, Roberto is fluent in English, Italian and French. Roberto graduated with a BA in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and received an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration

Alex Ferrara , Partner, Bessemer Venture Partners

Alex Ferrara is a partner in Bessemerís New York office where he focuses on investments in the software and Internet sectors. His previous board services include Yodle, Shopify, OMGPop, SelectMinds and Quadriserv among others. He was also involved with the firmís investments in e.g. Skype (acquired by Ebay) and Pure Networks (acquired by Cisco) and his other historical investments include HootSuite and Alibaba Group. Earlier in his career Alex worked at Goldman Sachs in technology investment banking.

Abe Finkelstein, General Partner, Vintage Investment Partners

Before joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2003, Abe was an equity analyst with Goldman Sachs covering Israel-based technology companies in a wide variety of sectors, including software, telecom equipment, networking, semiconductor and satellite communications. While at Goldman Sachs, Abe and the Israel team were highly ranked by both Thomson Extel and Institutional Investor. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Abe was Vice-President at US Bancorp Piper Jaffray, where he helped start and headed its Israel technology shares institutional sales effort. Before joining Piper, he was an Associate at Brown Brothers Harriman covering the enterprise software and Internet sectors. Abe began his career at Josephthal, Lyon and Ross, joining one of the first research teams focused exclusively on Israel-based companies.

Abe graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and concentration in Finance.

Dawn Fitzpatrick, Global Head & CIO, UBS O'Connor

Dawn Fitzpatrick is currently Global Head and Chief Investment Officer of OíConnor, an alternative asset management firm based in New York. As CIO, she oversees all aspects of the firmís portfolio management, capital allocation and risk management as well as communicating with firmís investors. Ms. Fitzpatrick also serves as Head of the Tactical Trading Strategy within OíConnorís flagship fund, the OíConnor Global Multi-Strategy Alpha Fund.

Prior to her current role, she served as head of various teams within OíConnorís numerous investment strategies. OíConnor, which is majority owned by UBS AG, has a 30-year track record of liquid relative value investing within equities, credit, convertibles and derivatives with approximately $5.0 billion in assets under management. The firm has over 150 professionals with offices in New York, Chicago, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Ms. Fitzpatrick began her career with OíConnor & Associates in 1992, which was then part of the Swiss Bank Corporation. During her tenure, she has specialized in investing in equities, equity options, index options, convertible arbitrage and merger arbitrage as well as derivatives. Ms. Fitzpatrick holds a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvaniaís Wharton School of Business and is a member of the UBS Global Asset Management Executive Committee.

Bon is responsible for the management of Adams Street Partners and actively participates as an investment professional. He is sought out by private equity firms, consultants and investors for advice and recommendations on a variety of private equity topics. Bon has been with Adams Street Partners and its predecessor organizations since 1980 and has been instrumental in the development of its private equity investment strategies, fund management and client service.

Bon has been a guest lecturer to business schools, Wall Street firms, private equity conferences and industry trade associations about various investment topics and strategies. He was a member of the CFA Institute Committee (formerly AIMR Ė the Association for Investment Management and Research), which made recommendations concerning standards for reporting performance in private equity. Bon was also a contributor to the ICFAís first book on the subject of private market investments, Investing in Venture Capital (1988). Prior to joining the Firm in 1980, he was a private placement analyst and portfolio manager with Connecticut General Insurance Company in Hartford, Connecticut.

Bon sits on advisory boards for five private equity firms within the Adams Street Partners portfolio.

Bon is Chairman of the Adams Street Partners Investment Committee and Executive Committee. He is a member of the Adams Street Partners Operating Committee. Bon is a Trustee of Northwestern University, Chairman of the Board of the Chicago History Museum, member of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management Deanís Advisory Council, member of the CFA Institute, member of the Investment Analyst Society of Chicago Leadership Council, member of the Economic Club of Chicago, Chairman of the Board of the Center for Railroad Photography and Art and former Director of the National Venture Capital Association.
