Irina Tanenbaum, Senior Investment Analyst, The Julliard School

Irina Tanenbaum has been with the Endowment since 2011 and focuses on evaluating and monitoring investment managers for the $960M Endowment. From 2007 to 2011, she worked at the YMCA Retirement Fund supporting the Fundís private equity, real estate and energy programs. Prior to that, she was at Metropolitan Life Insurance, working in private equity, capital markets and international investments. Irina holds a BS in finance from Rutgers University School of Business and an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University.

Michael Tharp, Managing Director, Cimarron Capital Partners, LLC

Michael Tharp, CFA, is a Cimarron Managing Director and Founder. Mr. Tharp served as the President of the Oklahoma Capital Investment Board from 1994 to 2000 and Vice President from 1989. Mr. Tharp's career has focused on creating and managing investment programs for institutional investors.

Prior to co-founding Cimarron as a separate entity in 2002, Mr. Tharp was a Vice President and Private Equity Specialist for Prudential. Mr. Tharp currently serves as the point person for Cimarron's Arkansas fund of funds program. Mr. Tharp holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute as well as the Oklahoma Society of Financial Analysts. Mr. Tharp has served as the Program Chairman for the Institutional Limited Partners' Association and as National Board Member and Treasurer of the Council of Development Finance Agencies.

Mr. Tharp earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University and his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin. Mike resides in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Sajan Thomas, President, Thomas Capital Group

Founded in 1997, Thomas Capital Group provides full service, value added strategic and fundraising assistance to private equity and other alternative asset managers globally. Mr. Thomas is responsible for the overall management of the firm and is involved in business development, client management and sales of client funds.

Formerly, Mr. Thomas was a Managing Director at Frank Russell Capital where he was active in the firmís worldwide private equity business which co-sponsored and raised four funds (two in Asia, one in Poland, and one Global) with over $2 billion in commitments. Prior to joining Russell, Mr. Thomas was a Vice President at Prudential Investment Corporation where he had investment, portfolio and strategic responsibilities at various merchant banking and investment units. In his last assignment at Prudential, he assisted in the strategic restructuring of Prudentialís $100+ billion asset management business.

Mr. Thomas is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He hold series 7, 63 and 24.

Sajan and his wife have two sons. They reside in Gig Harbor, WA. Together, they enjoy traveling, boating, fishing and skiing among other activities.

Steve Togher, Director of Research, 6800 Capital

Steve Togher is Director of Research and Co-Chairman of 6800 Capital, L.L.C.ís Investment Committee. Prior to joining 6800 Capital, L.L.C. in April 2010, Mr. Togher was Managing Director at Fortigent, LLC, where he oversaw their alternative investment platform and the use of hedge fund and other non-traditional investments in client portfolios. He also chaired the firmís Portfolio Management Oversight Committee.

From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Togher was a Senior Vice President in the Alternative Investment Group at Oppenheimer & Company, where he was Portfolio Manager for The Whistler Fund, Oppenheimerís proprietary hedge fund of funds. Prior to Oppenheimer, Mr. Togher was a Vice President in the Private Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley, where he focused primarily on alternative investment research. He also held positions at ING Barings and at Sandler OíNeill & Partners, focusing on alternative investments and quantitative analysis.

Mr. Togher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems and an MBA (Finance) from Bernard Baruch College, where he also served as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. ď

David Toll, Editor In Charge, Buyouts Magazine

David Toll is editor-in-charge of Buyouts Magazine, a bi-weekly published since 1988 by Thomson Reuters. Since joining in 2006, David has overseen the launch of a number of regular features, including a monthly review of leverage multiples, quarterly rundown of troubled companies, and annual review of industry returns. He is the co-creator or co-author of several studies, including the annual Thomson Reuters-Holt PE/VC Compensation Study, the bi-annual Thomson Reuters Partnership Agreements Study, and the Guide to Secondary Buyers and Placement Agents. David moderates panel discussions and interviews keynote speakers at Buyouts events held around the country. He is also the magazine's cartoonist.

Dan Townsend, Managing Director, Regional Investment Manager Ė Americas, Top Tier Capital Partners

Dan is a Top Tier managing director who leads Top Tier Capital Partnerís secondary and co-investment efforts. Before joining the Top Tier team in 2007, Dan spent nine years investing private equity money at GE Asset Management for the companyís US pension trust and external institutional clients. While at GEAM, he was responsible for building out a $500+ million portfolio of both limited partnership investments and co-investments. Dan moved to GEAM after a successful eight year operating career in three different divisions of the company: General Electric Lighting Systems; National Broadcasting Company; and GE Trading Company. Dan has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Jim Tybur, Principal, Performance Equity Management

Mr. Tybur is a Principal of Performance Equity. Prior to joining Performance Equity in 2010, Mr. Tybur was a Principal at Trinity Ventures, an early stage technology focused venture capital fund based out of Silicon Valley. There, he was responsible for direct investments in early stage software and internet companies. At Trinity Mr. Tybur led successful realized investments in Bix.com (acquired by Yahoo!, YHOO) and CubeTree (acquired by SuccessFactors, SFSF). He also actively participated in over 50 new investments made by the firm during his five year tenure. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Tybur worked for three venture capital backed software and internet companies, VERITAS Software (acquired by Symantec, SYMC), PolyServe (acquired by HP, HPQ) and About.com (acquired by New York Times, NYT). Mr. Tybur started his business career at the Boston Consulting Group in Atlanta and Singapore. He received his undergraduate engineering degree with honors from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
